Transformation from small closed off rooms built in the 90's, to open and airy space for entertaining a crowd.
What's the easiest way to know you're in a 90's home? The small entry hall with a formal front living room, a closed off dining room, and a kitchen hidden in the back corner... plus all the gold beige paint.
Well this house is no longer stuck in the 90's. We knocked down every wall in the main area of this home and took a dated kitchen layout into the present. The island is now a space for entertaining, and the color palette creates a neutral backdrop for whatever decorating inspiration the homeowner chooses. We made sure to incorporate special features like baking sheet storage above the fridge, a microwave under the countertop of the island, and a backsplash that extends all the way up to the upper cabinets.
We also swapped out vanities in 3 bathrooms, and added cabinets in the laundry room.
Thank you to the team at Beyond the Box for collaborating with us and making this vision come to life. btbcabinets.com/
